Hi, I'm Dewan. I am a Machine Learning Engineer and Data Scientist passionate about building advanced AI systems that solve real-world industry challenges.

With over 7 years of experience across healthcare, retail, and fintech, I specialize in taking intelligent solutions from concept to production deployment. My technical focus includes large-scale forecasting, risk analytics, robust MLOps workflows, and building secure, enterprise-grade applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

I bring a strong foundation in mathematical modeling and optimization, holding a Ph.D. in Computational Science & Engineering from McMaster University and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia. My career has been defined by bridging the gap between rigorous computational research and scalable business value—a journey supported by three consecutive Mitacs Accelerate Fellowships.

Originally from Bangladesh and now based in Canada, I am passionate about bridging research and industry to solve complex real-world problems through data, machine learning, and AI.
